35% off Memorial Day sale in my Ebay store & News....

I am currently having a Memorial day sale in my Ebay store Pumpkin Hill Studios with many items 35%off their retail price. This is a clearance sale and many of the prices are very good. The sale lasts from May 21st thru May 26th on Memorial day.

I have many items, such as some more curios and large scale Bespaq, on Ebay Auction as well, check them out.

NEWS: I will be closing down my Ebay store by the end of the month. There are many reasons for this, but one, is mainly to do with Ebay and its policies, not my customers. I will still be doing Ebay auction under my user id pumpkinhillstudios.  One problem is that many people do not realize I work in my husband's business as well, which has to coordinate with my schedule. Taking photos, writing listings, working on the website, takes a huge amount of time that I would rather be spending on other projects I have long wanted to do, not only artistically but in other venues as well.

King William Miniatures & Collectibles website will also be closing, I just have not worked out when.

As far as still operating as a business, yes, I will as I would like to occasionally do shows, so we won't totally be disappearing. There are some custom projects I want to work on, and right now I want to step back from the retail end a bit more.

Here are some items ending soon on Ebay auction-

American girl Samantha brass bed on ebay now, with other items

I have some items up on Ebay Auctions and one is American Girl Samantha's Brass bed with bedding  Check out the photos below. Beginning bed is $25, bed dis-assembles for easy storage. I handmade the pillows and mattress- the blanket is a knit baby blanket with pink rosebuds and leaves on it. Fits bjd's too, from 15-19 inches high Check out the pictures below.
I also have a 6 1/4 inch Madame alexander Tinkerbell statue on auction, as well as an antique/vintage doll trunk. I originally thought to refurbish this trunk, but decided that it would not fit my French fashion doll, who I have shown it with for size comparisons. Very sturdy antique piece, great for smaller dolls such as Bluette, or Mignonette.

More large scale Bespaq items listed on Ebay

I have more Ebay Auctions listed right now. Among the various large curio cabinets, I have also relisted a Bespaq 1:4 scale WN Armoire for a lower price than the shop price. I have very FEW of these left. Once they are gone, they are gone, no more will be available or in stock since the large scale Bespaq is no longer made.

Also just listed on Ebay yesterday were two 1:3 scale Edwardian armchairs in walnut.
this one is intact. Click HERE

Also, another Bespaq curio cabinet..

I will be listing more large curios today as I inventory them. I also have a pair of antique childrens black and white laceup leather boots on auction as well.

Vintage Dawn dolls, Majolica,Fitz & Floyd finds!

I acquired recently a lot of vintage Topper Dawn dolls with some clothing lots. Topper Dawn and her friends were miniature 6 1/2 inch fashion dolls from the late 1960's to the middle of the 70's ending with Pippa and the Flower girls. I played with some and sometimes actually preferred them to my Barbies since I could put them in my purse as a child and take them with me. My mother loved them because they didn't take up alot of room and when I first had my first dollhouse- they worked with 1:12 scale furniture quite well. I acquired some of these dolls recently and now have them up for auction. They are lovely and their bodies are not loose, face paints are bright and bold, eyelashes intact and all wear panties. Up for auction currently are Classic Dawn, Longlocks, Jessica as a stewardess, Glori and dancing Angie. There are two clothing lots- one a complete Town n' Tailored fashion, the other clothing & shoe lot. Check out the auctions HERE

I also recently acquired a beautiful Fitz and Floyd gravy boat /pitcher with drip plate with 'Hawthorne' ont he bottom of its id- I estimate this is from the middle 70's- excellent condition. I could not identify the pattern of berries, pine and autumn raised leaves on it.
I also in this same time acquired a Majolica Portieux Vallysthral cup and saucer, with a strawberry blossom & berry raised leaf design on it. It has the imperfections in the ceramics and glaze with Majolica, and only one chip near the handle, in tact otherwise. Beautiful piece to add to your collection!
Also, dont' forget about alot of my miniature food auctions which will be ending soon too!
